Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork This was cooked on the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco pro drum smoker using @bbcharcoal charlogs and wood chunks. Using the minion method, I lit 3 charlogs in one spot and shut the lid down. I then opened both intake and exhaust vents while I prepped the meat.
